About Us: A Creative Agency for DTC Brands, Ads to Checkout

Chance Ecom is a small creative agency for DTC ecommerce brands: the ads on Meta and TikTok, and the pages they land on. We work out what an ad or a page should prove first, then build and test it: people do the strategy, AI does the heavy lifting in production.

What we believe

Most ads fail at the brief, not the edit. A new creator, a new format, or a faster editor will not rescue a concept that gives the buyer no reason to care today.

So we start the way a doctor does: diagnosis before prescription. Before we recommend anything, we look at what you are running, what has kept running in your category, and where the gap is.

What we do

Service What it is
Creative strategy The angle, hook and mechanism behind every ad and page, decided before anyone films or builds anything
Ad creative Creator videos, AI-generated variations and recuts for Meta and TikTok, briefed from the strategy so every ad tests a real idea
Landing pages A page built around the angle that brought the click, so the promise in the ad is the first thing the buyer sees
Store design and build Full site builds and hosting, or a redesign of the store you have: product pages and checkout laid out to sell
CRO and testing Ongoing tests on the pages that get the traffic: offer, layout, copy, checkout

Creative strategy is the core. The other four run on it.

People and AI, each on its own job

People do the part that needs judgment:

  • the strategy: angles, hooks, mechanism
  • creator briefs
  • a review of every concept before it ships
  • the weekly read of what worked and what to test next

AI does the part that needs speed: production, variations, recuts, captions, formats, and the repetitive work nobody should do by hand. That split is how we test more ideas per week without shipping slop.

Who writes the blog

Our posts are written under the byline of Camille Chen, a creative strategist at Chance Ecom. Camille came to creative strategy from sales, and it shows in how we think about ads: every one is a pitch to a specific buyer, and it either answers their objection or it doesn't.

How posts get researched, drafted and checked is in our editorial policy.

Where to start

  • See the work. The samples on our homepage show the kind of ads we make.
  • Read first. Start with why DTC ads stop scaling, or browse the blog.
  • Get a second opinion. Ask for a free creative teardown through our contact form. We pull your live ads from the Meta Ad Library, set them next to the longest-running ads in your category, and send back what we'd change and test next.
